Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery is a flat £3.95 on orders under £150, and free on orders over £150.

Consumables (till rolls, ribbons and loyalty cards) are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

EPOS hardware (terminals, bundles, printers and cash drawers) is made to order and configured for you before dispatch; we’ll confirm your lead time when you order. To discuss timing, call 028 9099 1221.

Returns

Unused consumable goods can be returned in their original packaging in line with our Refund Policy. Please contact us first so we can advise on the return.

Made-to-order and customised items (including configured EPOS hardware and custom loyalty cards) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll put it right — repair, replacement or refund. EPOS hardware is covered by a 3-year return-to-base warranty.
